"I used state farm briefly when I purchased a new car for auto insurance and they were great! The customer service of Charlotte and her team (Marlene had awesome over the phone service!) was great!"

"Have had issues from the start of working with this agency. I tried, but I felt like I was of little importance and the issues I continued to go through. After several calls, emails, visits, no resolve. Finally switched over to a different agent. Also edited: You found my account and still don't see where you missed the mark...that's sad. I've explained it til I just cannot and WILL NOT explain it any further. Furthermore, why is my account still with you when I opted to switch to someone who actually cares?"

"Hi Bee, I would absolutely look further into this but I don’t have anyone with your name in my system or email. My offices take customer service very seriously and I would love to figure out what policy(ies) we worked with you on, and see where the breakdown was. Even if you switched to another agent, I’ll be able to see all past notes. If you’ll call and ask for me, come by, or give me your number I will look into this right away. Please call during business hours to be sure you reach us at the local office. Thank You! EDITED: I “think” I found your account based on a similar name to your Google name. If this is your account, I see where we’ve talked to you quite a bit with regard to your billing account and change on your auto policy. I can’t see where we missed the mark on any of your requests, so please call me on Monday and I’m happy to visit with you about your frustrations. Thank you so much! Have a great weekend!"

"I've had auto coverage with State Farm ever since I got my first car many years ago. Since then I've moved but continued to keep coverage with State Farm, and Charlotte Potts' office is my neighborhood location. Charlotte and her team have gone above and beyond helping me with a recent auto claim and acquiring home owner's insurance for the first time, especially Slade and Marlene. "Charlotte came to our cosmetology school to discuss business insurance. However, she took the time to explain each and every question we had concerning all thing's insurance. She changed my whole outlook in a matter of an hour. She explained to us why rates are priced the way they are, how our children can have generational wealth through life insurance, and a number of other things that I was unfamiliar with. She cares about you as a person, rather than you as a number. Also has really cool merch! Thank you again."

"I was quoted 111 for full coverage and asked about other drivers. I said no other drivers but once they got my husbands info even tho we are separated my rate went up 80 a month, i was charged for back dating and not made aware so I had a surprise bill of double my premium over three months. No bill or notification of this whatsoever. I do not recommend this insurance company or agent. The least they could do is let me know of the issue but instead told me everything was taken care of. Very unprofessional considering the main reason I switched to state farm was to save money but it cost me double."

"This office is great! I live in Maumelle, but if I need to go by the office it's located a few blocks from the I-30 exits and is super easy to access. The staff is always friendly and eager to help! I had A LOT of questions about getting a life policy and they were very patient and answered all of them for me. 10/10 recommend! BEST PLACE EVER!"

"Every time something has come up with this agency I've gotten completely contradictory answers from agents and its just felt like a nightmare. Just last week I asked for copies of my cards and was told random reasons why I could not print them online myself and then finally sent copies from when I lived in another state. I hope the claims service isn't like this. Today I received mail stating that a signed form was needed when I remember explicitly asking if I needed this on a previous call."

"Luis-EDITED—I just spoke with Stephanie in my office and she said she emailed you your cards yesterday with the corrected address on it. Did you receive them? She also sent a request to corporate to send you cards in the mail also. When Tiffany emailed you earlier in the week she didn’t realize you were a state transfer and sent you previous cards from your portal. My apologies about that. We will def follow up on Monday though. So sorry for your frustrations again! I’m so sorry for your frustrations! I’ll look into this, get details on why you couldn’t print it, why the addess isn’t correct on the card, and we will give you a call to get it all straightened out on Monday. "
