"My wife and I were a little concerned when we first received a call to come into the State Farm insurance office. Once we arrived we were greated and offered snacks and drinks. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and we didn't wait long for Kelly. Kelly introduced herself and explained to us why it was best to come into the office to discuss the upcoming changes to our policy. We were pleased to hear what Kelly had to say and she went on to ask us about our current coverage. My wife and I were happy to discuss this as we had been talking about do this for a long time. Kelly took the time to go over everything in detail and always asking if we had questions as we progressed through the process.
