"State farm is fine but don't bother with anyone local. They've never helped me. They always send me to the corporate number where I have to wait forever and then those people are helpful. I lied. They're being completely unhelpful, lying to me even when I have proof of things other employees told me and are leaving me without a car at the holidays despite me doing everything they've asked for the last month. My agent wouldn't even talk to me to help me but would talk to the 800 number. I don't understand why I'm doing all the footwork and phone calls and they're doing nothing except giving me the run around. I'll be looking for new agents at least asap. Preferably new insurance. Yall haven't helped me a single time ive needed help. Not even when I was trying to get insurance on my current car by a deadline. Not when someone hit my car in a parking lot. Not when I had questions on my policy. Never once has anyone local helped me with anything I needed."
